Madonna Buder, aka the Iron Nun, is the current world record holder for oldest woman to ever finish an Ironman Triathlon. Now 87, Buder has completed OVER 300 triathlons and was inducted into the USA Triathlon Hall of Fame in 2014. This is her story.
