On the menu are hidden fruit and vegetable muffins, a moist honey cake, a chocolate and beetroot cake and a vegetable plot cake made from carrot and pecan nuts. She also visits a beekeeper to buy top-quality honey and shows three gardeners how to make miniature vegetable cake decorations from sugar paste.
