30 years ago, Alfredo and Nellie Chuy opened King's Restaurant in NE Calgary. Word quickly spread of their comfortingly huge wonton soup. The Chuy children have now taken over the kingdom, building 3 new locations and an industrial kitchen to keep up with demand.
