A Doctor in the Family S01 E39 Letterine di Natale

A group of children from an institution for orphans arrive at the polyclinic for vaccinations. Among them is Robertino, a kid with Down syndrome who mistakes Lele for Santa Claus and asks him for a new bus for the Institute as a Christmas gift.
