Episode # 1: Nora suffers from not having children, and she tries with her husband more than once through doctors, but when she gets pregnant the doctor informs her of the birth of a child with special needs, and Nora insists on keeping him despite her husband's rejection of the idea, and Nora gives birth to twins.
