Challenge Anneka S06 E06 YCTV Studio

Anneka has to get Britain's newest TV channel, YCTV - Youth Cable Television - on air. It's the first studio to be created as part of a nationwide initiative to keep inner-city children off the streets and allow them to make TV rather than just watching it.
