Tech Tangents S02 E36 The Real Windows 98 Machine Fix

Nothing I've tried has been a permanent solution up to this point. And I feel almost ashamed of what the problem was. How did I not swap out the PSU sooner. That is literally the first thing I do when I work on someone else's computer.
