Dr Panda S01 E11 Green is for go!

Dr. Panda and Mei-Mei are traffic wardens for the day. While Dr. Panda is off helping Moo, Mei Mei gets so into trying to remember the traffic gestures, she inadvertently invents a dance routine that creates a chaotic traffic jam.
