Si King and Dave Myers continue their search for Britain's best family of cooks with 40 families from across the UK competing for the title. Their special guest is actress Natalie Casey who cooks an authentic Valencian paella while the bikers serve up their dish of the day, a broccoli and grilled pepper salad. The seven-minute supper is an open lasagne with leeks, autumn mushrooms, fried egg and pangrattato.
