At the beginning of the 20th century, Finnish engineer Eric Tigerstedt was one of the most significant innovators in radio technology, although the importance of his work has since been largely forgotten. However, by the 1950s, Finnish radio technology was in its golden age. The film showcases Helkama-Radio Oy's product development along with the manufacture of radio receivers.
