Picking off right after Specky Woods, Bill ends up at another Camping area with Strangers. Due to a Thunderstorm, they started heading to a Circus that one of them saw, but what they didn’t know, is that this Circus, hosted by Mr. Giggles, is holding a lot of Secrets.
