In Quezon province, experiences of different human rights violations have acquainted the activists with the plight of the masses resulting from the government’s incompetence. Consequently, narratives of persistence abound from the masses that are rooted in the most painful conditions in the communities amid the administrations of Rodrigo Duterte and Bongbong Marcos.
