To make his dear friend, Popatlal, return to Gokuldham, Jethalal files a fake complaint against him at the police station. The cops bring back an arrested Popatlal and scold Jethalal for lodging a fake complaint. Everyone in the society feels glad when Popatlal informs them about his job reinstatement. But their happiness remains short-lived, as Popatlal also tells them about his plan to move to Kerala.
