ぐるナイ - Season 1

"Gourmet Chicken Race – Gochi ni narimasu!“ is a gourmet entertainment corner of the GuruGuruNinetyNine variety show running since 1998. The rules of the game are the following: Gochi regular members & VIP challengers have to make an order in a fancy restaurant without knowing the prices on the menu. The sum of money every member has to spend in a certain restaurant is defined before the menu is displayed. The one whose order differs the most from the defined sum of money is a loser of the day and has to pay for all the participants (the difference between the set budget and everybody’s real expenses on this day are counted). At the end of every year, the final score is counted: the members who had to pay for the meal themselves more often than the others during the year must retire from the game.
