เมื่อโดราเอมอนถูกแช่แข็งไว้ที่คาชิโคชิ!? พวกโนบิตะที่ทนกับอากาศร้อนตอนกึ่งกลางหน้าร้อนไม่ไหว ก็เลยมุ่งหน้ากันไปที่ภูเขาที่เป็นน้ำแข็งขนาดใหญ่โต และก็พวกโนบิตะก็ยังคงใช้ของดีเลิศ “วัสดุตัดแต่งน้ำแข็ง” สร้างสวนสนุกขึ้นมา และก็ได้พบวงแหวนปัญหาที่ถูกแช่แข็งอยู่ ขณะทำการสำรวจแล้ว ก็พบว่าวงแหวนที่ถูกแช่แข็งนั้น ถูกแช่เอาไว้ในขั้วโลกใต้เมื่อ 1 แสนปีกลาย ที่ไม่น่าจะมีผู้คนอาศัยอยู่! พวกโดราเอมอนก็เลยมุ่งหน้าไปยังแอนตาร์กติก เพื่อตามหาผู้ครอบครองวงแหวนที่ทำตกไว้ เมื่อก่อนหน้านี้ ก็มีซากโบราณสถานขนาดใหญ่ที่ถูกปิดตายไว้อยู่ใต้น้ำแข็ง พวกโดราเอมอนมุ่งหน้าย้อนสู่สมัยก่อนเมื่อ 1 แสนปีกลายด้วย “สายรัดเอวย้อนเวลา” เพื่อนำของคืนผู้ครอบครอง ระหว่างนั้น เพื่อช่วยเหลือดวงดาวของตนที่ถูกแช่แข็ง ก็เลยเดินทางท่องอวกาศ จนได้เจอกับสาวน้อยค้างร่า กับด็อคเตอร์ฮัควัวย ที่ตามหาปัญหาของวงแหวน และก็เนื่องจากว่าวงแหวนนี้ พวกโดราเอมอน ก็เลยจำเป็นต้องพบเจอกับเหตุการณ์วิกฤตโลกจะเป็นน้ำแข็ง

โนบิตะ เชื้อเชิญทุกคนเข้าไปในโลกแห่งสมุดภาพ แต่เกิดเหตุไม่คาดฝัน ทำให้ชิสึกะต้องเข้าไปติดหลงอยู่ในใลกแห่งสมุดภาพตามลำพัง พวกโนบิตะหาตัวชิสึกะจนรู้ว่าหายไปในสมุดภาพเรื่องอาหรับราตรี แต่สมุดภาพที่เป็นทางเข้าหาตัวชิสึกะ ก็กลับถูกแม่โนบิตะเผาทิ้งไป ทำให้พวกโดราเอมอนต้องหาวิธีเข้าไปช่วยชิสึกะให้ได้ โดยย้อนไทม์แมชชีนกลับไปยังอาหรับยุคโบราณ เพื่อหารอยเชื่อมต่อระหว่างโลกสมุดภาพกับโลกแห่งความจริง สุดท้ายแล้วพวกโนบิตะจะช่วยชิสึกะ ได้สำเร็จหรือไม่ และ.อุปสรรคที่พวกโนบิตะต้องพบกับมัน คืออะไรกัน.....
