Tokyo Ghoul S จะเป็นภาคต่อของภาพยนตร์ Tokyo Ghoul ที่ฉายไปเมื่อปี 2017 ในภาคนี้ Ken Kaneki(แสดงโดย Kubota Masataka) ที่เป็นลูกครึ่งระหว่างมนุษย์กับ Ghoul จะต้องปะทะกับ Tsukiyama Shu (Matsuda Shota) ที่ขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็น Ghoul ยอดนักชิม จากในตัวอย่างก็จะได้เห็นช่วงที่ทั้งสองได้มาเจอกัน และมีอยู่ฉากหนึ่งที่มือของ Kaneki เลือดออก Tsukiyama ก็เลยส่งผ้าเช็ดหน้าไปให้ด้วยความหวังดี แล้วหลังจากนั้นเขาก็เดินเข้าห้องน้ำไปสูดดมผ้าเช็ดหน้าผืนนั้นด้วยสีหน้าที่ฟินมาก ซึ่งจริงๆแล้ว Tsukiyama กำลังวางแผนที่จะกินเนื้อของ Kaneki อยู่ Kaneki จะรอดพ้นเงื้อมมือของ Ghoul ยอดนักชิม Tsukiyama ไปได้หรือไม่นั้นต้องไปรอชมกันในโรงภาพยนตร์
