กรุงโตเกียวหลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 3 ถูกทำลายโดยระเบิดนิวเคลียร์... 30 ปีผ่านไป กลุ่มเด็กวัยรุ่นที่ชอบซิ่งมอเตอร์ไซด์ป่ว­นเมืองกลุ่มหนึ่งที่นำโดย "คาเนดะ" และ "เท็ตซึโอะ" พวกเขาเหมือนเด็กวัยรุ่นทั่วไปที่ชอบป่วนเมืองและถูกตำรวจจับอยู่บ­่อยๆ จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง เท็ตซึโอะถูกองค์กรลับแห่งหนึ่งจับตัวไปและเข้าสู่โครงการลึกลับที่ชื่อ 'อากิระ' คาเนดะเป็นห่วงเพื่อน จึงได้ออกตามหาจนเจอ โดยคาเนดะต้องเข้าร่วมกับกลุ่มเคลื่อนไหวต่อต­้านรัฐบาล, นักการเมืองผู้โสมม, นักวิทยาศาสตร์ไร้จรรยา และผู้นำของฝ่ายกองทัพ แต่เขากลับพบว่าเท็ตซึโอะไม่เหมือนเดิมอีกต่อไปแล้ว

‘ซึซึกิ จิโรคิจิ’ (ลุงของโซโนโกะ) ชนะการประมูลผลงานเลื่องชื่อของ ‘แวนโก๊ะ’ เป็นภาพวาดดอกทานตะวันที่เคยมอดไหม้ไปพร้อมไฟสงครามที่ญี่ปุ่น ต่อมา ‘ซึซึกิ’ ได้ประกาศผ่านโทรทัศน์ว่ามีการจัดนิทรรศการภาพวาดโดยจะนำมาจัดแสดงภาพวาดอกทานตะวันนี้ถึง 7 ภาพ นับเป็นครั้งแรกของโลก ภายในหอศิลป์ ‘เรย์คล็อก’ ที่มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยสูง แล้วได้เรียกตัวผู้คุ้มกันระดับหัวกะทิที่ถูกขนานนามว่า ‘กลุ่มซามูไรทั้ง 7’ ให้มาดูแลหนึ่งในนั้นมี ‘โมริ โคโกโร่’ ด้วย ทว่าระหว่างการเตรียมงานนิทรรศการมีการขนภาพวาดดอกทานตะวันทางอากาศจากนิวยอร์กมายังญี่ปุ่น ‘จอมโจรคิด’ ได้กระทำการอุกอาจจนเกือบทำให้ผู้โดยสารถึงแก่ชีวิต มีคนพบเห็น คุโด้ ชินอิจิ ในงาน และเกิดความวุ่นวายเพิ่มขึ้นทุกขณะ แต่การแสดงภาพยังคงเดินหน้าต่อไป ปมปริศนาที่ก่อตัวขึ้นล้วนทำให้ ‘โคนัน’ กังขาถึงความจริงว่า ใครกัน!? คือผู้ชักใยอยู่เบื้องหลังภาพวาดดอกทานตะวันนี้ หากโคนันไม่สามารถไขคดีได้นั่นนั่นหมายถึงประวัติศาสตร์โลกต้องถูกเปลี่ยนหน้าไปตลอดกาล

Goemon's wedding to Murasaki Suminawa, daughter of a samurai clan's leader, is interrupted when the Fuma ninjas attack, kidnapping the bride-to-be and demanding her family's ancient treasure as ransom. Lupin, Jigen, Goemon and Fujiko work together once again to try to save Murasaki and get to the treasure before the Fuma can steal it.

Following the incident in the Southeast Asia Union in 2116, Shinya Kogami resumes his vagrant journey. In a small South Asian nation, Kogami rescues a bus of refugees under attack by armed guerrilla forces. Among the refugees is a young lady by the name of Tenzin, who begs Kogami to teach her how to retaliate against the enemy. Just what does the girl who wishes for revenge and the man who has exacted revenge see as they gaze upon the edge of a world from which there is no escape?

2112; the summer before Akane Tsunemori was assigned to Division One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Department. Teppei Sugo, an accomplished pilot of the Defense Army's 15th Integrated Task Force, joins the military operation in Okinawa. Three months later, an unmanned combat drone opens fire on the Ministry of Defense in Tokyo. Enforcer Tomomi Masaoka of CID Division One is dispatched to Sugo's military base to investigate the truth behind this case.

Shin has shut his heart ever since his mother died when he was young. His childhood friend Kotori has been looking after him ever since. Now that they are in the third year of high school, and it seems like they can finally move forward, another Shin from another Japan has suddenly appeared in front of them.

In the winter of 2117, a runaway vehicle crashes into the Public Safety Bureau Building. The driver is identified as Izumi Yasaka, a psychological counselor at the Sanctuary, a Latent Criminal Isolation Facility in Aomori Prefecture. But right before her interrogation, Inspector Mika Shimotsuki and Enforcer Nobuchika Ginoza are tasked with promptly escorting Yasaka back to Aomori. What awaits them there is a False Paradise.

Mikiya Kokutou gives Shiki Ryougi a cat to watch, as he will be away for a little while. Though Shiki protests, he leaves the cat anyway, and Shiki is stuck trying to understand her new feline companion. But as luck would have it, the cat seems to have taken a liking to Mikiya and misses him. Later in another part of the city, Ririsu Miyazuki visits the place where her dear friend committed suicide. She intends to end her life as well, but she meets Fujino Asagami, a blind classmate with a traumatic past. Though the two girls don't have much in common, Asagami reminds Miyazuki of her lost friend and helps her understand her pain. Two months later, Mikiya elects to celebrate New Year's with Shiki instead of his family, which makes his sister Azaka very upset, leading to her spending the holiday with her school friends. As the snow begins to fall, Mikiya reflects on what he wishes for most of all: that Shiki's life be filled with happiness.

ในค่ำคืนที่มีดสนิทสายลับขององค์กรชุดดำได้เข้ามาขโมยรายชื่อสายลับของตำรวจที่แฝงเข้าไปในองค์กร เธอต้องหลบหนีจากการตามล่าของโทรุ อามุโร่ และอากาอิ ชูอิจิ ระหว่างที่หลบหนีรถที่ธอขับได้พลิกคว่ำตกลงไปในทะเล หลังจากนั้นสายลับของตำรวจก็ค่อย ๆ ถูกกำจัดไปทีละคน ในวันถัดมาโคนัน และเพื่อน ๆ ได้ไปเที่ยวพิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำ ที่นั่นเองโคนันได้เจอกับหญิงสาวที่บาดเจ็บอยู่ แถมยังความจำเสื่อม และมีจุดเด่นคือตา 2 สีอีกด้วย โคนันจึงได้ช่วยหญิงสาวคนนั้นในการเรียกความทรงจำกลับคืนมา ในขณะนั้นเองพวกโคนันก็ถูกเบลม็อทจับตาดูอยู่ หรือว่าแท้จริงแล้วหญิงสาวคนนี้จะเป็นพวกชายชุดดำ จุดประสงค์ของเธอนั้นคืออะไร ชายชุดดำจะถูกเปิดโปงหรือ โคนันจะถูกไล่ลำกันแน่ ความมืดมิดจะเข้าสิงสู่ฝ่ายใดกัน!!??
