The film contains five stories set on desolate stretches of a desert highway. เรื่องราวว่าด้วยสงครามระหว่างเผ่าพันธุ์แวมไพร์กับมนุษย์หมาป่า ซึ่งตัวเอกของเรื่องคือ เซลีน (เคต เบ็กคินเซล) แวมไพร์สาวที่มาพร้อมอาวุธบู๊จัดเต็ม การเคลื่อนไหวที่รวดเร็วและลีลาการตีลังกาโลดโผนทำให้ เซลีน คือหนึ่งในสาวบู๊ที่แฟนหนังแวมไพร์ชื่นชอบ Underworld: Blood Wars – มหาสงครามล้างพันธุ์อสูร กลับมาอีกครั้ง พร้อมฉายในวันที่ 8 ธ.ค. โดยในภาคนี้เหล่าแวมไพร์ ต่างหมายปองเลือดของเซลีน ซึ่งต้องคอยติดตามว่าจะมีความลับอะไรซ่อนอยู่ และสงครามระหว่างเหล่าแวมไพร์และไลแค่นจะถึงคราวอวสานหรือไม่
