เรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากจบศึกจอมมารบูหลายปี บีรุสึ (Birusu) เทพเจ้าแห่งการทำลายล้างได้ตื่นขึ้นจากการหลับใหลที่ยาวนาน และเมื่อเขาได้ยินข่าวเกี่ยวกับชาวไซย่าผู้หนึ่งที่สามารถพิชิตฟรีซเซอร์ (Freeza) ได้ เขาจึงตัดสินใจออกเดินทางตามหาชาวไซย่าคนนั้น ทางด้านโกคู (Goku) ก็ได้รับรู้ถึงพลังอันมหาศาลที่กำลังเข้ามาใกล้ และกระตือรือร้นอยากประมือกับคู่ต่อสู้ที่แข็งแกร่งเช่นกัน เขาจึงตัดสินใจออกไปต่อสู้กับ บีรุสึ (Birusu) โดยไม่สนใจเสียงคัดค้านของท่านเจ้าพิภพไคโอแม้แต่น้อย และสุดท้าย โกคู (Goku) ก็ต้องพ่ายแพ้กลับมาเพราะพลังของ โกคู (Goku) นั้น ไม่อาจเทียบกับ บีรุสึ (Birusu) ได้แม้แต่น้อย โกคู (Goku) และพรรคพวกจึงต้องรวมพลังกันต่อสู้เพื่อปกป้องดาวโลกจากการทำลายล้างของ บีรึสุ (Birusu) เทพเจ้าองค์นี้ให้ได้

Lupin & Jigen have their sights set on a treasure called the Little Comet, which is located in the heavily fortified country of East Doroa.
