009 Re:Cyborg เป็นเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มไซบอร์ก 9 คน ซึ่งแต่ละกลุ่มถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยองค์กรลึกลับเพื่อใช้เป็นอาวุธต่อต้านมนุษยชาติ กลุ่มนี้หันไปหาผู้สร้างเพื่อปกป้องประชากรแทน โดยใช้พลังที่ได้รับมาต่อสู้กับผู้สร้าง

The upcoming installment's story takes place amidst signs of postwar reconstruction in the winter of 2028. Tensions are rising in New Port City as demonstrations are held concerning the interests of foreign cartels. This leads to a shooting incident involving riot police. It all started with a cyberbrain infection released by the terrorist "Fire Starter." An independent offensive unit led by Makoto Kusanagi entrusts the suppression of the situation to their ghosts and aims for their own justice. Below the surface of the incident, lies the "tin girl" Emma and the "scarecrow man" Burinda Junior. As Kusanagi deals with the incident, she draws near to what those two ghosts were seeking.

Revival of Evangelion is a re-edit of the Neon Genesis Evangelion films , released in 1998. It consists of Evangelion: Death (which was essentially a clip show that summarized the entire regular series) and The End of Evangelion , re-edited together to make a version that tells the entire story of Evangelion. นกพันธุ์หายากต่าง ๆ หายสาบสูญไปอย่างลึกลับ โนบิตะและเพื่อนๆจึงสรุปเอาว่า น่าจะเกิดจากฝีมือของมนุษย์นกในตำนานมาลักพานกเหล่านั้นไป เรื่องแดงขึ้นเมื่อกูซึเกะ มนุษย์นกจากแดนเบิร์ดโทเปีย พลัดหลงมายังโลกมนุษย์ และได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากโดราเอมอนและโนบิตะ ทำให้กูซึเกะรู้สึกซาบซึ้ง และเปลี่ยนทัศนคติเดิมที่ถูกสอนมาให้เกลียดมนุษย์ แต่แล้วเหตุการณ์กลับผลิกผันเมื่อทั้งหมดถูกดูดเข้าไปในดินแดนเบิร์ดโทเปียโดยบังเอิญ นำมาซึ่งการผจญภัยสุดตื่นเต้น ที่เดิมพันด้วยการอยู่รอดของแดนเบิร์ดโทเปียและโลกมนุษย์

โนบิตะ เชื้อเชิญทุกคนเข้าไปในโลกแห่งสมุดภาพ แต่เกิดเหตุไม่คาดฝัน ทำให้ชิสึกะต้องเข้าไปติดหลงอยู่ในใลกแห่งสมุดภาพตามลำพัง พวกโนบิตะหาตัวชิสึกะจนรู้ว่าหายไปในสมุดภาพเรื่องอาหรับราตรี แต่สมุดภาพที่เป็นทางเข้าหาตัวชิสึกะ ก็กลับถูกแม่โนบิตะเผาทิ้งไป ทำให้พวกโดราเอมอนต้องหาวิธีเข้าไปช่วยชิสึกะให้ได้ โดยย้อนไทม์แมชชีนกลับไปยังอาหรับยุคโบราณ เพื่อหารอยเชื่อมต่อระหว่างโลกสมุดภาพกับโลกแห่งความจริง สุดท้ายแล้วพวกโนบิตะจะช่วยชิสึกะ ได้สำเร็จหรือไม่ และ.อุปสรรคที่พวกโนบิตะต้องพบกับมัน คืออะไรกัน.....
