เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับ 4 สุดยอดมือปราบ ประกอบไปด้วย เฉิงหยาอู๋ (ไร้ใจ) ,เถียโส่ว (มือเหล็ก) ,คูหลิวชาง (ล่าชีวิต) และเหลิ่งหลิงฉี (เลือดเย็น) ขึ้นตรงกับ “จูเก๋อเจิงหว่อ” แห่งสำนักมือปราบเทวะของราชสำนัก ภาคสุดท้ายนี้ บทบู๊มากกว่าทุกภาค เทคนิคภาพตื่นเต้นตระการตา เมื่อมีผู้มักใหญ่ใฝ่สูงคิดล้มล้างราชบัลลังก์ของฮ่องเต้ สุดยอดมือปราบอย่าง 4 มหากาฬพญายม จึงต้องเข้าจัดการขัดขวางอย่างเต็มกำลัง
