“Wheels” is a film about relative motion as described by Descartes: if 2 objects are moving in the same direction and speed they seem to be still between each other. Inspired by Duchampian tradition, Pedro and João filmed a short chronicle of curved means of transportation in the tropics. Overlaying directly on the negative (camera editing) the feat of paradoxically freezing a moving bicycle wheel, a car wheel and anamorphic depiction of tire, João and Pedro constate that for that to happen everything else must be perceived as a gyroscope.

Vaginal Panic narrates the trajectory of a superheroine who opts for Intimate Weaponry - A procedure that can be installed in the vaginal or anal canal: pistols, shotguns, rifles, rifles, machine guns - All hypoallergenic and also available in pink, purple versions and gliterized.

When Luís and Alexandre's relationship comes to an end, it is revealed that Dinha, a housemaid who has taken care of Luís since he was a child, is Alexandre's grandmother. Facing prejudice, family and labor relations, the film brings a universal debate centered on the city of Teresina.

In 1987, the directors of this film were students of cinema in Cooperativa de Ensino Superior Artístico Árvore I, current ESAP-Escola Superior Artística do Porto. While in their first year of studies, they decided to invite Henrique Alves Costa, a scholar of Portuguese cinema and historical manager of Porto’s Cineclube, to guide them on a visit to Invicta Film (1917-1928), the first major Portuguese film producer. In another epoch, in Porto of the 80s, the shooting recorded this wandering by the former studios of Invicta and also by Quinta da Prelada, whose exteriors served as setting for Frei Bonifácio (1918) – film directed by Georges Pallu. Memórias (Memories) is released 34 years later of these shootings with Henrique Alves Costa.
