Originary from France, the "Tchiloli or Marquis of Mântua Tragedy" theatre was introduced in the African island of São Tomé in the XVIth century. Music, dances and suits are added to the renaissance text, turning this spectacle into a hybrid cultural manifestation. The Tchiloli, performed by amateur groups, integrates only men that are prominent figures in certain quarters of the island. The most popular and traditional group is the "Formiguinha". In this company, the main roles are transmitted from generation to generation. The oldest members try to keep the tradition within the family.

Point Blank is an investigative documentary on police violence and corruption perpetrated in Rio de Janeiro in the past 20 years. It vividly portrays the most emblematic incidents that occurred during this period through the perspective of family members, witnesses, survivors, and other people who were directly involved in such cases. The film starts with the notorious Vigario Geral Massacre of 1993 and culminates with the executions ordered and carried out by law enforcement agents in 2012 and 2013. These brutal facts are presented based on witness reports that reconstruct the memory of the few who survived the slaughters.

This film celebrates the life and work of Zurita de Oliveira — musician, performer, composer, and author — widely recognized as the pioneer of rock & roll in Portugal. She turned music into an act of defiance, forging a path at a time when there was little room for free-spirited women. Through songs and testimonies, the film reclaims her memory and transforms her previously unheard lyrics into a gesture of resistance, sung and performed by the women of today.

A guitar, a bacalao and a teddy bear dangle at the top of a wooden pole. The mast is slickened with grease. A group of teenagers gather. Strength and teamwork will be required, as well as some patience. After a couple of attempts at solitary climbing, the participants join forces and use their bodies to build a tower; a hand pushes down on a shoulder, a foot on a head, but all eyes are focused on the top and on snatching a prize.

"É o Fim" (It’s the End) is a dark comedy solo by Rui Sinel de Cordes, serving as the second part of his show "O Início" (The Beginning). It explores his vision of humanity's destiny following the events of 2020, featuring sharp critiques of contemporary issues. It stands as one of his most significant works and was performed on tour between 2022 and 2023.
