This film is a poetic essay, an ode to the sea. Although it does not place a human being at its center, it is precisely the absence of a human that best reveals the essence of humanity. As poet Kahlil Gibran said, ‘There must be something strangely sacred in salt. It is in our tears and in the sea.

On your screen is an impressive spectacle: the biggest concert of Andrius Mamontovas solo career and documentary footage of the event behind the scenes. On March 1, Alexei Navalny's funeral took place in Moscow, with thousands gathering to bid farewell to the politician. The day before, Moscow police erected metal fence corridors in the Maryino district and deployed hundreds of security forces and paddy wagons. The funeral service, held at the Church of the 'Assuage My Sorrows' icon, lasted less than 20 minutes. Only family members were permitted to approach the coffin. After the body was lowered into the ground, police allowed the public to say their final goodbyes to the opposition leader. Lines leading to the church and Borisovskoye Cemetery stretched for several hundred meters, and participants in the farewell procession walked through Maryino, chanting slogans such as 'Freedom for political prisoners,' 'No to war,' and 'Navalny is a hero of Russia.' Mediazona accompanied the crowd along the entire route.

The entire life of singer Beatričė Grincevičiūtė is filled with music. The director sensitively and carefully creates a multifaceted portrait of the performer. In the film, she is both her own most demanding critic and a playful teacher to young children, who affectionately call her "Auntie Music." Surrounded not only by a group of friends, but also by admirers of her talent, she remains modest and simple, wanting as many people as possible to experience the beauty of music and her favorite songs. Only the subtle final shot reminds us that Beatričė experiences the world not with her eyes.
