The charismatic captain of a fishing trawler in the North Atlantic has just boarded young deckhand Hákon, who takes on the job to provide for his pregnant girlfriend. However, the sea soon turns into a nightmare after a crewmate commits suicide and the captain refuses to return to shore. As Hákon fights seasickness, and the crew’s bullying, his sanity begins slipping, until a life-threatening accident triggers a shift.

Landscapes at the World's Ends is the first film in Sidey's Speechless trilogy, and is followed by Speechless: The Polar Realm (2015) and Elementa (2020).

He arrives in Iceland and is picked up by Igor and his two Icelandic accomplices, Jóhann and Bóbó. However, in the next two days it becomes clear that something is wrong and Mihkel cannot pass the drugs. The Icelandic criminals become very nervous, and more and more frantic activity ensues as the situation becomes more serious.
