Father Guy Barbier de Courteix (September 20, 1921 – June 21, 2011) was a Roman Catholic priest who worked in Finland from 1964 and, from 1992 onwards, also in Estonia. After the occupation of France by German forces in 1940, he was sent as a laborer to a war factory in the city of Halle, Germany, where he joined the resistance movement. He was soon arrested and held in five different prisons and four concentration camps. Miraculously, he survived the Nazi concentration camps and became a Catholic priest in 1951. In Estonia and Finland, he was the only one engaged in exorcism.
The Judge (Mait Malmsten) is a man who represents strict rules and laws in the courtroom. However, his own personal life is an absolute mess. After the judge makes a decision to give a long prison sentence to a woman, the woman’s brother (Märt Avandi) starts following the judge to change his mind about the verdict. The judge stays adamant. The verdict is final. A conflict takes place between the men, resulting in the judge suddenly becoming a criminal himself. Unable to confess his crime, the judge escapes to Finland, where a series of comedic twists and turns lead him to a number of strange people and comical situations. However, the shadows of his dark deeds keep haunting him. To leave his dark crime behind and to fix his earlier decisions, the judge returns home.

In Winter and Spring 2011 Arvo Pärt was invited by the school to help them prepare a concert of his music by working with children ranging from kindergarten age to final-year pupils. Film director Dorian Supin and the film studio Minor Film recorded the whole process of the rehearsals and the concert and these recordings were used to make the DVD set, which contains two DVDs. Disc 1Rehearsing Pärt (201 mins) shows the composer leading the rehearsals, and disc 2 Playing Pärt (75 mins) shows the final concert itself. Disc 1 Rehearsing Pärt also includes a conversation entitled "Very Easy and Unexplainable" between Arvo and Nora Pärt.
