Documentary made in Santiago Centro. At the beginning, a subject is presented talking to people in the middle of the street. Next, an approach to the street artists is carried out, accompanying the images with shots of passers-by. Estefania Toledo (33), the notorious drug dealer in the neighborhood, along with her loyal partner Alexisa (33), conduct their business at the bar owned by their best friend Guido, the legendary Bar Roxy. Perla (21), the bar's young waitress and Toledo's unrequited love, is heartbroken over her boyfriend, El Pifia (26), a known drug addict in the neighborhood, who got Negro's daughter pregnant.
