Two third-graders were heading to the Olympiad in the village of Russkinskaya, but they got separated from the bus. Now they must find their way home at all costs, overcoming the taiga and studying the ethnic group. During their amazing adventures, the boys meet a Khanty girl, Polina, who not only helps them get to the village, but also introduces them to the traditions and customs of the indigenous peoples. By learning about the Khanty culture, the boys become more and more imbued with the spirit of Yugra.
