Claudio Caballero decides to gamble $500,000 dollars in a desperate attempt to raise the cash necessary to bring the world's biggest band (U2) to Mexico.

Oscar and Arthur are two actors without fortune who survive unemployment with a routine street, where one represents the thief and the other to the police.
