Ipseok Village in Songhak-myeon, Jecheon-si, the hometown of Cheongpung Myeong-wol, was a beautiful neighborhood. However, when a huge cement factory was built 50 years ago, a big change in the lives of the villagers takes place. For a long time, the number of people suffering from diseases such as pneumoconiosis has increased due to the dust and harmful substances emitted by the factory, and no compensation for damages has been made. The movie shows various perspectives and aspects such as the vivid testimonies of the victims, the scene of the incident from the resident briefing session to the National Assembly debate, and the conflict between migrants and victims.
