Has an ending which, though not necessarily unexpected, is at least not the norm. But overall _Bad Frank_ is just another forgettable low budget venture that will fall somewhere towards the bottom of 2017's pile. _Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
