Once it all starts cracking and crumbling a local woman (Jill Esmond) takes up the cudgel to challenge the incompetent and corrupt council - inviting all sorts of criticism from friends and family alike. It's got a strong cast of journeymen actors, the script is rapid-fire and it moves along quickly for an hour or so.
