Considering the importance of the subject, I found this film to be a little too subtle and matter of fact. It was almost like a documentary when clearly there was so much more emotion at stake here. On the plus side, it's a good story based on a real event. Now that unions are again on the rise in the USA, I almost expect this, at some point, to play out here. Are you listening, Amazon? Starbucks?
