This movie was not expensive to produce and you can tell if you've watched a few other found footage movies like this. It does cover its narrative behind well as the contrivance of having cameras pre-cum throughout needs to be addressed at one point or another. This movie does so quite well. The main protagonist is relatable enough and her plight and subsequent motivation to find out what happened is a decent enough driving force to build tension. The off-screen action is of course almost akin to cheating but the on-camera stuff is good enough and there are some decent low-cost effects to drive this point home. This is not a bad movie even though it could have benefited from a bigger budget I feel.

But something does happen. An evil and horrifying force has taken over Michael King. And it will not let him go.

Those obsolete spools contain more than just magnetic tape. They are imprinted with the very soul of evil.
