Footage of President Regan's speeches and upper-class dinners are contrasted with images of poor people in the twentieth century, thereby critiquing social inequities and contemporary Regan administration policies which uphold systems of poverty. Uses experimental video technologies in image and technique, including video overlay, color inversion, and blue-screen techniques.
