_Thumper_ did not go the way I assumed it would based on its blurb, but that's not inherently a bad thing. What is bad is the tidal wave of tropes cliches. But the acting is solid and there is nothing so wrong with _Thumper_ that it proves aggravating. _Final rating:★★½ - Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole._
