Katsu Kaizou is a very gullible, 17-year-old high school student and a believer in science fiction, aliens, ghosts, UFOs, conspiracies, etc. He thinks that everything going on around him is the result of some sort of alien plot to take over the world. Each story is pretty much self-contained and is completely bizarre. Kaizou joins the school's science club, makes new friends, and ends up coming in contact with all sorts of strange things like log people, deadly sushi, pee-blades, scary infections, robot invasions, ghosts, living dolls, and more!

Miki loses her mysterious bell-shaped object, that her school friend picks up. Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick is an animated Japanese television series, based on Herman Melville's original novel Moby-Dick. However, this adaptation used futuristic outer space as the setting, with "whales" being large abandoned spaceships instead. It aired from 1997 to 1999, albeit with a suspension of new episodes from November 1997 to October 1998. The series ran for 26 episodes, which have been released on DVD in the USA by ADV Films, spread across six discs.

The storyline revolved around Roo-bear Koala and his friends in a utopian village. The series takes place in Australia, with the village being located in the shadow of The Breadknife. Including different types of animal creatures in the daily life of the village was likely meant to demonstrate the virtues of pluralism and diversity.

Prince Planet is the English-language title given to one of the earliest Japanese anime TV series, Planet Boy Papi, when it was transmitted on American television in the United States in the mid-1960s. A 52-episode monochrome anime series, it tells the story of a member of the Universal Peace Corps, originally from the planet Radion, coming to Earth on a mission to determine if this world meets standards for membership in the Galactic Union of Worlds and assist its inhabitants during his stay. While on his mission, Prince Planet adopts the identity of an Earth boy named Bobby and gains comrades who work together alongside him fighting forces of evil, both alien and terrestrial.

Set in 2014, the anime follows the adventures of 23 years old Mafuneko, a newly minted assistant director who joins the TV production department at Tokyo Hajikko Television, only to discover that the glamorous and glitzy life of working behind-the-scenes making TV shows involves strange and inexplicable tasks such as "gathering 300 acorns" and "making a mosaic out of the images reflected in the camera lens." Wearing those garments, they transform themselves into Doteraman and Doterapink with supernatural strength. Then they challenge the wicked ruler and successfully liberate the poor goblins. They continue to fight in the cause of justice creating excitement and entertainment full of pleasure.

A remake of Go Nagai’s 1973 lighthearted horror anime TV series Dororon Enma-kun. Enma, Yuki-hime and Kapaeru are demon hunters from another plane who have come to present day Japan to exterminate demons who possess humans and cause them to commit murder.

Sarutobi Ecchan is a magical girl manga series by Shotaro Ishinomori. It was originally named Okashina Okashina Ano Ko, but was changed in 1971 when Toei Animation adapted it into an anime called Sarutobi Ecchan. The anime lasted 26 episodes. It has been recently released on DVD as a part of the DVD ANCIENT SERIES.

Firestorm is a Japanese anime series co-created by two British people: Gerry Anderson and his business partner John Needham. The series combines CGI animation for mecha and traditional cel animation for characters. Despite high-quality animation and an emphasis on futuristic vehicles traditional to Anderson productions, the series was not warmly received in Japan. Series availability in other countries has been limited.

Doujin Work follows the life of a young girl named Najimi Osana and her exposure into the doujin world. She was first tempted into becoming a doujin artist after seeing how much one of her friends can make at a convention. Najimi loves to draw, though soon learns contrary to what she expected that this new world is anything but easy. As she attends more conventions and meets more people, Najimi eventually manages to find a group of very interesting friends. These friends already have some experience in the field and help her out along the way so that she can someday make a name for herself creating doujinshi.

Shōwa Monogatari is a 2011 Japanese anime film and television series about the Yamazaki family, who live in Tokyo during Shōwa 39, the same year Tokyo hosts the 1964 Summer Olympics. The film, directed by Tadahiro Murakami, was released in Japan on January 29, 2011. Hiroshi Kugimiya directed the 13-episode television series, which had its broadcast run between April and July 2011
