Scoop is a comprehensive information programme of Television Broadcasts Limited. The content of the program is mainly based on entertainment news and personal follow-up of the artists, and will also be interspersed with the latest trends of TVB dramas and artists. Some entertainment news content clips will be rebroadcast on the next day's "Entertainment Live". This program will be broadcast on Jade Channel from 19:30-20:00 (Hong Kong time) from June 6, 2005, and will be broadcast every day from March 3, 2019, and will be broadcast on myTV (later myTV SUPER) to provide "Program Review".

The Academy is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in June 2005. The series follows the lives of a group of new Hong Kong Police recruits as they proceed through training at the Hong Kong Police training school. Within these 27 weeks, each of them learned their lessons, each of them become more mature, each of them become a better person as the relationship between the trainees and the trainers grows stronger and stronger. A direct sequel, "On the First Beat" was produced and broadcast in 2007 continued with Ron Ng and Sammul Chan, alongside Joey Yung, Sonija Kwok and Michael Tao. Another sequel, "E.U." was produced and released in 2009 continued with Ron Ng and Sammul Chan, alongside Michael Miu, Kathy Chow, Elanne Kong, and Michael Tse. Michael Miu reprises a new role as a triad boss in E.U., which is unrelated to his role in The Academy.

The Proud Twins is a mainland China and Hong Kong co-produced television series directed by Wong Jing, starring Dicky Cheung, Nicholas Tse, Fan Bingbing and Yuan Quan in the leading roles. The series is adapted from Gu Long's novel Juedai Shuangjiao. It was first broadcast in 2004 in mainland China.

The Zone is a bizarre program of Hong Kong TVB Jade Channel , The show's themes are divided into twenty-two spooky stories, with audiences telling their own experiences of unbelievable events.

Strike at Heart is a Hong Kong period wuxia television series based on Wen Ruian's novel, A Spear of Alarm produced by TVB. The series stars Joe Ma, Sunny Chan, Stephen Au, Charmaine Sheh, Nnadia Chan and Annie Man. It was filmed in 2004 and released overseas in January 2005. Then it was aired in Hong Kong on TVB Pay Vision's TVB Drama channel from 27 May to 23 June 2009.

The series revolves around the ups and downs of the life of a painter during the Qing dynasty, Cheng Ban Kiu. Through many endeavours to prove his painting skills, Ban Kiu became a celebrated painter and expert in drawing bamboos (in which is a shared interest with the emperor, who went in search for the best bamboo painting to be buried with him when he passes away). Ban Kiu was also famous for his quote, "Ignorance is Bliss", which in the end can ironically cause him many troubles.

Ko Gan was a very talented cake master. Because of his dedication to making cakes, he neglected his family which caused his wife and son to leave him. While he rushed to the airport to see his wife and son, Ko Gan got into a car accident and was caught by the police when he lied about the cake for his son being a bomb so he could get to the airport on time. Two years later, Ko Gan is released from jail and is once again in the cake business, being a chief chef at Gateaux, a cake shop owned by Sabayung. Ko Gan acts coldly and is strict on the shop's employees, plus having to face all sorts of hardship in new cake creations and competitions from cake masters from all over the world; not to mention meeting hotheaded girl, Tong Sheung, who has a passion for baking. From her, he learns new things as well as with her around Ko Gun turns into a gentler man. Minutes to Fame is a game show broadcast on Hong Kong's TVB. The show is intended to be satirical and funny, since most of the contestants are unexperienced and try to get famous.

Life Made Simple is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in October 2005. The series is shown to celebrate TVB's 38th Anniversary. The series is an indirect sequel to 2002's Square Pegs. The main cast features Roger Kwok, Jessica Hsuan, and Leila Tong from the original series and new cast including Bosco Wong, and Paul Chun. The indirect sequel takes place in the modern era instead of the ancient setting of its prequel.

Fantasy Hotel is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in July 2005. There are three tour guides, Kam Ji-Kit (Michael Tao), Yung Ka-Man (Melissa Ng), and Hon Shan (Wayne Lai) lead tours from mainland China. One day, unexpectedly, a friend Kam Kong-Hoi (Wu Fung), gives them his hotel to take care of. Suddenly, the three are bosses and need to improve the hotel for the sake of their friend. Along the way, Ka-Man develops feelings for Ji-Kit, but because of a misunderstanding, she tries to stop her growing feelings for him. When Ji-Kit eventually finds out how Ka-Man feels towards him, he tries to court her but Ka-Man is too afraid of getting hurt.

This series tells about the changes in Hong Kong between the 1970s and 1990s.

Love Bond is a warm family show which follows two families, the Gei and the Lam, who are neighbors in the same building. This series also marked the fifth collaboration between Michael Tao and Kenix Kwok following the first three installments of the Detective Investigation Files Series and 2004's Shine On You.

Just Love is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in May 2005. The drama was broadcast in Singapore's MediaCorp TV Channel 8 in 2007. Sheng Ping is a wilful princess who is also passionate about Jiju. Yummy Yummy is an episodic drama filmed by Singapore's now defunct SPH MediaWorks and Hong Kong's Television Broadcasts Limited in a joint collaboration. It was released in August 2005. The series is notable for being one of the few Singaporean co-productions in a language other than English or Mandarin Chinese.

Man Tai-Lor (Chung King Fai) controls the Man family with an iron fist, much to the displeasure of his son Man Chiu-Kit (Ha Yu), who is constantly trying to assert his authority within the family. When Tai-Lor developed Parkinson's disease, he hides his anxieties by retiring from his job as a school principal and concealing his ailment from his family. When the truth is revealed, he decides to step down as the patriarch of his family and lets Chiu-Kit run the family.

Siu Chun-Hang has always had a special affection for cheongsams. His first cheongsam was for his dream girl Po Chui-Lung, a former princess of the Qing Dynasty. Since then, he has become well known for his skills as a tailor and designer. Living Up is a Hong Kong TVB series about luxury housing. Luxurious type homes are generally referred to as "豪宅", literally a mansion, pronounced as "hou zaak" in Cantonese. The houses featured on the show are expensively furnished with some of the best city views, often accompanied by excellent feng shui.
