Cops L.A.C. is a 2010 Australian television police drama, which screened on the Nine Network. The series followed the work of officers at the Seaview Local Area Command, a fictitious police response area of the 'State Police' set in harbourside Sydney, New South Wales. The first series premiered on 2 September 2010, in the same timeslot of Network Ten's police drama Rush. On 22 November 2010, the Nine Network cancelled the show due to the high production costs.

Junior MasterChef Australia is an Australian competitive cooking game show. It is a spin-off of MasterChef Australia, itself an adaptation of the British show MasterChef, and features contestants aged 8 to 12. The first season of the show began production in July 2010 and included 50 contestants. Over 5,000 children from around the nation auditioned for the series. Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris returned alongside Anna Gare, while Matt Moran replaced Matt Preston as a judge. Callum Hann has also been involved in the series. In contrast to prior series, Junior MasterChef Australia is produced by Shine Australia. The promo was seen during the final episode of MasterChef Australia. The series premiered on Sunday, 12 September 2010.

Kaitangata Twitch is a children's adventure/fantasy series that aired on Maori TV in New Zealand in 2010. Based on the children's book of the same name, written by renouned New Zealand children's author, Margaret Mahy, it follows the adventures of thirteen year old Meredith, who can hear voices calling to her from a nearby island, Kaitangata, in the bay of her small hometown. Come Dine With Me Australia is an Australian television programme based on the Come Dine With Me format which premiered on 18 January 2010 on The LifeStyle Channel in Australia. It is narrated by Aimee Reid. In 2009 The Lifestyle Channel bought the rights to the show, commissioning Granada Media Australia to produce a version for the Australian market. The first season consists of 20 episodes. A second season was approved before the first season premiered, and was broadcast in mid-2010. The show is currently in its third series with a fourth, primetime series to be aired in the coming future. The fourth series involves 4 contestants as appose to the regular 5 and will occur as an hour long episode instead of the usual format of 30 minute 5 episodes each week.

Dead Gorgeous is an Australian–British children's television show which premiered on 15 March 2010 in Britain and 5 April 2010 in Australia. It is produced by Burberry Productions and Coolabi Productions with funding from Screen Australia. It was previously known as Dead Normal, however the name was changed. It was thought that Dead Gorgeous would air a "Halloween Special", though this was a publicity stunt.

The Matty Johns Show was an Australian variety television show largely focused on the National Rugby League competition, starring former rugby league player Matthew "Matty" Johns. It first aired in 2010 on Thursdays at 7.30 pm in New South Wales and Queensland, on the Seven Network. The show usually ran for 1 hour. It was produced by Matty Johns and John Singleton. The show's rugby league content was directly comparable to The Footy Show, produced by the Nine Network, which has been on air since 1994. The Matty Johns Show was described as a "smut-free", more family-friendly version of it. The Matty Johns Show also featured interviews, music and character-based skits. Portions of it was co-hosted by Shane Webcke, Jason Stevens and Chloe Maxwell. The house band, Aston, gained attention for their arrangements of popular music, using classical instruments. The show's first season in 2010 rated strongly, and was compared favorably to The Footy Show by critics. It had been criticised for lacking serious football analysis, but had also been praised for its typically Australian character-based sketches. The Controversy Corner segment of the show was briefly spun off as a standalone Sunday morning program during the 2010 NRL finals.

Undercover Boss Australia is a localised version and third incarnation of the Undercover Boss franchise, the first series premiered on Network Ten on 18 October 2010 with the CEO of Domino's Pizza Australia, Don Meij. The series is hosted by Laura Dundovic. A second season premiered on 10 April 2012. The premise of the show involves three single guys and three single girls who are brought together in one house. They only come into contact with the opposite sex in a dark room, with high definition night vision cameras capturing their meetings. The contestants are encouraged to touch each other to see if they like the physical body of the person they may go on a romantic date with.

Tough Nuts: Australia's Hardest Criminals is an Australian documentary television series narrated by Tara Moss . The program was created by the production company The Full Box and the series first screened on the Crime and Investigation Network in June 2010. A second season was screened in 2011. The series was nominated for Most Outstanding Documentary at the 2011 ASTRA awards.

It is based on the French format Des chiffres et des lettres while its structure is similar to the UK version of the show, Countdown. It began airing on 2 August 2010. On 22 June 2012 SBS announced on the official website its decision to "rest" the show, the final episode aired on 27 June 2012. The show has been replaced, at 6pm weeknights, by the UK series, Countdown.

Iron Chef Australia is an Australian cooking show based on the Japanese show Iron Chef, as well as its American adaptation Iron Chef America. The program is a sort of culinary game show, with each episode seeing a challenger chef competing against one of the resident "Iron Chefs" in a one-hour cooking competition based around a theme ingredient. The show was put into production by the Seven Network mainly to capitalise on the success of the Network Ten cooking show MasterChef Australia, and is produced by that show's current production company Shine Australia. It premiered on Seven on 19 October 2010.

Ten cancelled the program on 30 July 2012 and it ended on 3 August 2012.
