Kappatoo was a CITV show based on a book by Ben Steed, starring Denise Van Outen. In the show, Kappatoo travels back in time to the present to swap places with his identical "time twin" Simon Cashmere in order to cheat in a futuristic sports contest. Kappatoo lives in the past whilst Simon lives in the far off future. The show premiered on CITV in 1990, with a follow-up series, Kappatoo II, broadcast in 1992. the show was made by Worldwide International TV for Tyne Tees Television. Filming took place at Heaton Manor School in High Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne with characters and extras using authentic school uniform from Heaton Manor School. The creative team behind Kappatoo did not do much about effects, and a short scene from the first episode which has Kappa freeze time had some extras moving around.

The Dark Side of Fame with Piers Morgan is a BBC television series presented by Piers Morgan exploring the downside of fame. The show follows an interview format in which each episode is devoted to one particular celebrity figure who has seen the "dark side of fame". Morgan, a former tabloid editor, questions the guest on these experiences. The show is similar in nature to another show Morgan previously presented on the BBC You can't fire me, I'm famous!.

Happy Families was a rural comedy drama written by Ben Elton which appeared on the BBC in 1985 and told the story of the dysfunctional Fuddle family. The plot centred around Guy's attempts to find his four sisters - also played by Saunders, for a family reunion.

Jazz 625 is a BBC jazz music programme, featuring concerts by British and American jazz musicians, which was first broadcast between April 1964 and August 1966. The programme was created by Terry Henebery, a clarinetist by training, who was recruited back to television in 1963 as one of the new producer intake for the opening of BBC2. The title of the show referred to the fact that BBC2 was broadcast on 625-lines UHF rather than the 405-lines VHF system then used by the other channels.

The show's title is a parody of Ricky Martin's 1999 hit single "Livin' la Vida Loca". The series follows the character of television personality Keith Lemon, capturing his home and work life, and everything in between. The series began airing on 2 August 2012 on ITV2, and concluded its first series on 23 August 2012. Whilst on Let's Do Lunch with Gino & Mel, Lemon announced that a Christmas special of Lemon La Vida Loca would air in December. He confirmed this news on his Twitter page as well. A second series began airing on on 6 June 2013. Aikman announced that she would not be returning to the show for the second series, but she did make an appearance on episode 1.

The series picks up some time after Mike took England to the semi-finals of the 2002 World Cup. In 2014, three local filmmakers in Nottingham were invited to document the life of charity shop manager Sue Tuke. In an attempt to raise the shop's profile, Sue planned to get the business 'on the net' to prevent the store from closure and become an online super star in the making. Not all went to plan as Sue’s ambitious ideas were met with obstacles from both inside and outside the shop resulting in a series of catastrophes. Sue therefore decided to not participate further in filming and the footage has not been seen… until now.
