Bravo!FACT Presents was a Canadian television series, which aired weekly on A and the arts channel Bravo from 2003-2010. The series presented an anthology of short artistic works, ranging from comedy to drama to opera to jazz to animation. All of these were funded by BravoFACT, the foundation arm of Bravo, which also aired them as interstitial segments between programs.

Antiques Psychic is a Canadian television series on Canada's Canadian Learning Television and Access Alberta, 2004 - 2005. Cancelled in January, 2006. The show was produced in Calgary, Alberta, and consisted of people bringing objects, not necessarily antiques, to the show's resident psychic, Kim Dennis, who then claims to communicate with the spirits of deceased family members. While there are many 'psychic' television shows available today, Antiques Psychic does not use re-creations, dramatizations, or actors. What the audience is witness to is an actual 'read' with very limited contact with the dead. Canadian celebrity Jann Arden was a guest.

The Superstar Chef Challenge is a reality/competition special produced for the Food Network Canada. Filmed at the state of the art Compass Group Canada Culinary Arts Demonstration Theatre and Kitchen Laboratory in Humber College's North Campus, it serves as a pilot for a potential series. Hosted by Kevin Brauch, the would-be-chefs were selected from a cross-country lot that send in a five-minute tape of themselves cooking their signature dish. The winner for the 1st season was Dana McIntyre and as part of the prize she got a co-starring role in the Food Network Canada show Just One Bite. The show's supervising producer for the first season was Jenna Keane. The special was filmed during Humber College's March 2005 Reading Week; it is known that Humber will host the series if it is a success. The second season is currently being shot in Toronto, Ontario.

The $128,000 Question is an American game show which aired from 1976–1978 in weekly syndication. This revival of The $64,000 Question was produced by Cinelar Associates and distributed by Viacom Enterprises. Originally, Viacom had intended to revive the series with the same title, but when it was announced that rival series Name That Tune would be adding a "$100,000 Mystery Tune" for the 1976–77 season, Viacom did not wish for their series to only have the second-biggest payoff and added an end-of-season $64,000 tournament to the format. Further hindering the show was that a planned deal with CBS owned-and-operated stations to carry it in major markets had to be scrapped because of the network-imposed $25,000 winnings limit for game shows. While the producers were able to get the Metromedia-owned stations to fill these gaps and the series did well enough to be renewed for a second season, the ratings were never high, and The $128,000 Question was not renewed beyond its second season.

The show profiles kids who have the potential to become tomorrow's sport heroes. The show was produced by Breakthrough Films and Television in Toronto Ontario Canada. The show was first produced with Discovery Kids UK and BBC Kids Canada, and has since aired throughout the world on various channels.

Traboulidon was a French language children's television show made in Quebec in the mid-1980s. Its stories revolved around the adventures of Philo and Bulle. Due to an accident, they were both trapped in a computer game of Philo's invention, and in every episode had to beat a "level" to try to advance further and finally be able to leave. Among various recurring characters, one would appear as different bad guys of the week but always having a name containing "nespa". Although they of course always recognised him, he never did or at least never acknowledged he knew them.

Diplomatic Immunity was a weekly political analysis and debate television show on TVOntario, which ran until 2006. Issues discussed reflected contemporary concerns; recently, these included terrorism, Middle East affairs, and US politics, though potentially any issue of international significance was considered. It was hosted by Steve Paikin, and featured regular guests and invited analysts. Regular guests included: ⁕Janice Stein, Director of the Munk Centre for International Studies at the University of Toronto. ⁕Patrick Martin, a columnist and editor at the Globe and Mail ⁕Richard Gwyn, a columnist at the Toronto Star ⁕Lewis MacKenzie, a retired Major-General of the Canadian Forces ⁕Eric Margolis, a columnist at the Toronto Sun and the Huffington Post Invited analysts were typically experts in the field of discussion; they were sourced from academia, politics and the business community alike. The show aired on Friday nights at 11PM, and Sundays at 3PM and 11PM. It was cancelled at the same time as the nightly newsmagazine Studio 2. The new series The Agenda incorporated elements of both shows.

The Real Lost World is a documentary, released on December 10, 2006 by Animal Planet, where a team of scientists journey to Monte Roraima in Venezuela, the plateau that inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's literary work, The Lost World. They investigate the legend. The film was written and directed by Peter von Puttkamer and produced by Gryphon Productions. The documentary won awards from WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival for Best Cinematography and from the Accolade Television Awards Best of Show in Directing and Cinematography.

KayvonTV is a Canadian television series that features the real life adventures of Kayvon Zahedi. KayvonTV has been featured on MTV, CBC and Global in Canada. KayvonTV was originally launched on the internet via the KayvonTV website, and KayvonTV YouTube account. KayvonTV quickly developed a loyal cult following on-line, both KayvonTV's YouTube account and official website have received over a million viewers since KayvonTV first aired. KayvonTV also aired on Canadian television via BiteTV, as well as on aux.tv. KayvonTV is directed by John Bortolotti and produced by both John Bortolotti and Richard Budman for D.C.R. Productions Inc, the first episode aired on 31 May 2007, and KayvonTV has currently run over 225 episodes.

Mathmakers was a Canadian educational children's television series produced in 1978 by the province of Ontario's public television network, TVOntario. The series starred Derek McGrath and Lyn Harvey. The premise is set in a television studio where the production crew produces an educational series illustrating various concepts of grade school mathematics.

Risk Takers is a Canadian television documentary series which profiles people in dangerous professions, produced by CMJ Productions of Montreal. The series originally aired on Discovery Channel Canada, and also airs on the North American channel Discovery HD Theater. The series will also air on Global in the 2007-08 television season. The show premiered on June 11, 2007 in North America with the first episode of the series: "Coast Guard", directed by Phil Comeau. It showcased the lives of Coast Guard rescue swimmers in Miami and Key West, Florida.

Speakers' Corner is a television series that aired weekly on Citytv and A stations in Canada, later CTV Two), featuring numerous short segments on a variety of topics as recorded by members of the general public in the form of rants, big-ups, shoutouts, jokes, music performances, etc. After the video was complete, it was edited for television. The show was an example of Citytv founder Moses Znaimer's philosophy of interactive broadcasting. Rogers Media, owners of Citytv stations since 2007 from CHUM Limited, announced the cancellation of the series on August 31, 2008, citing the emergence of other interactive media.

Yam Roll is a Canadian animated television series created by Jono Howard and Jon Izen airing on CBC Television in Canada, produced by March Entertainment. The series was first broadcast on February 6, 2006. It can be viewed on Saturday at 10:00am and 10:17am on local CBC channels as well as ABC2 and HBO Asia. Junior Television Club was a Canadian children's television news magazine series. It was broadcast on CBC Television from Vancouver, British Columbia between May 1, 1957 and June 26, 1957. On June 12, 1957, the show featured ten-year-old Kim Campbell, who later became Canada's first female Prime Minister. The show aired Wednesdays at 5 PM.

Steven and Chris is a Canadian television talk show, which debuted on CBC Television on January 14, 2008. The show is hosted by Steven Sabados and Chris Hyndman, formerly of the home renovation show Designer Guys, who host celebrity guests and talk about topics ranging from entertainment, cooking, fashion, health and home decor. Sabados and Hyndman are both openly gay. Despite being a longtime couple off-screen, they did not publicly acknowledge their relationship until 2008. On March 10, 2009, CBC announced that the show was put on hiatus due to the network's budget cuts. It concluded on April 15, 2009 and continued in reruns in its usual timeslot. The show returned on December 10, 2009 with a prime time holiday special, and regular new episodes began on January 4, 2010. The show debuted in syndication in the United States through Program Partners in the fall of 2010. It began airing exclusively on Live Well Network in fall 2011.

Garage Matches is a Canadian serial drama television series that follows the competitors as they compete head-to-head against each other for the title of Garage Matches Champion. Each episode typically features a variety of exciting, daring, shocking, disgusting, and most importantly, entertaining competitions. The show is produced by GR Productions and airs on the CBC Network in Canada. In August 2007 it was announced that Garage Matches will continue for a second season. The second season will consist of 10 episodes, running weekly uninterrupted by repeats.

Celebrity Cooks was a Canadian cooking show independently produced by Initiative Productions and aired on CBC Television from 1975 to 1979 and on Global from 1980 to 1984. It was syndicated throughout Canada and the United States from 1980 to 1989. It was hosted by Bruno Gerussi who introduced various celebrities who chatted with them while preparing dishes for the audience. As such, it was considered a hybrid between a cooking show and a talk show. Despite a shoestring budget, the show was a high quality product. It was criticized for its apparent inability to get more than strictly minor celebrities for the show, although it was still a highly rated program at the time. The show was taped in Vancouver, British Columbia, concurrently with Gerrussi's starring role in The Beachcombers which was also filmed in the vicinity. Due to his visibility on Celebrity Cooks, Gerrussi became the pitchman for one of the first brands of microwave ovens to be sold for home use in Canada. Among the guests who appeared on the show was a pre-stardom David Letterman. According to the book TV North, guests were paid between $196 CAD and $350 CAD. American performers were paid more to offset the cost of higher travel expenses.

BrainBounce! was produced by Megafun Productions and aired on TV Ontario from 2001-2004. It currently airs on Discovery Kids in the UK. The series was shot in Montreal and Toronto as a "piggyback" production: the original French version, Le Monde a la Loupe was shot at the same time in each location. Each episode begins in an "ordinary" place - a camp site, a dance studio, a movie theatre - and jumps into one fantasy world after another as more questions are discovered. Some have described the show as "stream-of-consciousness" or "encyclopedia" television. Subjects such as art, music, science, animals, the human body are explored by way of sketches, interviews with guest experts, experiments and mini-documentaries.

A US spin-off of the series was created in 2010, to air on HGTV, called All American Handyman. "Handyman Superstar Challenge" was replaced by a successor series on HGTV Canada called Canada's Handyman Challenge.

The All-Night Show was a television series starring Chas Lawther and produced by Jeff Silverman which ran from September 1980 to August 1981 on CFMT-TV in Toronto. The show ran live nightly from the end of other programming until 6 am. The premise was that Lawther's character, Chuck the Security Guard, had, with the help of his never-seen technically minded friend Ryerson Dupont and P.B. Leonard, took over the facilities of CFMT and accidentally broadcast their favorite shows over the air while fooling around with the equipment. The All-Night Show generally showed reruns of classic series such as The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, and The Prisoner, and filled the space in between with music videos, old movie shorts, and comedic banter. The show only lasted one year, ending when CFMT cut its budget for the time slot. Jim Carrey was featured in some episodes of The All-Night Show, primarily as a voice actor.

The Golden Age Players is a Canadian children's dramatic television series which aired on CBC Television in 1957.

Bandwagon with Bob Francis is a Canadian music variety television series which aired on the CBC between September 21, 1972 and June 21, 1973 then February 13 to March 28, 1975. The show was hosted by Bob Francis who presented big band music performances. Bob Francis sometimes performed as vocalist and trumpet player Guido Basso also performed. Aubrey Tadman and Garry Ferrier produced and Barry Cranston directed.

Toby was a Canadian sitcom, which aired on CBC Television in the 1968-69 television season. The show starred Susan Petrie as Toby Mitchell, a teenage girl juggling her family life and her friendship with Quebec exchange student J. J. Roberge. The show also starred Arch McDonnell and Micki Moore as Toby's parents, and Peter Young as her younger brother Mark. Although the show aired during a period of great social change, the show was somewhat of a throwback to an earlier era, depicting Toby as relatively innocent and traditional. The Toronto Star described the show as "Canada's own Gidget". Petrie herself commented to the Star that "Toby is supposed to be the perfect teenager. I'm not sure I believe her yet.... You know, I would like to tell it like it is. Toby is the type of girl who will go to college, marry the guy she meets in English 345, arrange flowers, be a good hostess — and raise more Tobys." The show was not particularly successful, and was not renewed for a second season.
