The Reception

"Nice To Meet You" is a hostel situated in the middle of a mountain. Because it doesn't have that many customers, it has practically no staff. There are only the manager, security guard, two customer service officers and a temp who is there just to do ad hoc work such as bringing out the trash. The manager, Zhang Xiao Jian, has a lot of ideas but never uses them in the right place. He always tries to shrug off his responsibilities when things go wrong and he is stingy. However, things soon get complicated when more and more guests start arriving at the totally disorganized hostel. The entire crew will be entangled not only in personal affairs, secrets and mysteries of the guests, but it will also be a test of how they will cope with teamwork and providing good service in a previously empty place.
