Demolition is a 2005 television series from Channel 4, which can be seen as being the reverse of the BBC's 2003 series Restoration. The public were encouraged to vote for buildings which they want demolished and replaced, with 12 buildings making The Dirty Dozen. The show was shown on four days, 17th to 20th December 2005, with the "Dirty Dozen" covered along with other buildings which did not make the final 12, two of which were actually demolished either during or for filming. The show on the 20th dealt almost entirely with Cumbernauld town centre. The show was presented and narrated by Kevin McCloud, with a Demolition Troubleshooter of Janet Street-Porter, and a team of architectural and heritage exports. The show is based around a proposed concept of X-listing buildings, the opposite of making a listed building. One of the dirty dozen is Grade II* listed. Many of these buildings are either famous within the UK, or the world.

Facing The Truth was a British television programme. Partly based on South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the three part series was presented by Fergal Keane and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. In the programme victims and perpetrators of Northern Ireland's Troubles meet for the first time. The second show featured Provisional IRA member Joe Doherty opposite the relatives of a soldier killed in the Warrenpoint ambush. In the final programme of the series Milltown Massacre gunman Michael Stone met with the relatives of Dermot Hackett, a Roman Catholic delivery man he was convicted of killing in 1987. Despite admitting to the murder at the time, Stone stated in the programme that he was not directly responsible, having been withdrawn from the operation after planning it.

"Mi Vida Loca" is an interactive Spanish course for beginners, created by the BBC. It consists of 22 episodes, each around 10 minutes long, which follow an intriguing adventure in Madrid and its surroundings. Through everyday situations, basic concepts of the language are taught, such as ordering in a restaurant, buying tickets and booking a hotel. Summerhill is a British children's television drama about the famously radical Summerhill School. written by Alison Hume and directed by Jon East. It was first broadcast on the CBBC Channel in January 2008 and was subsequently nominated for three children's BAFTA awards: Best Drama, Best Writer and Breakthrough Talent. It won the awards for writer & breakthrough nominations. Xchange was a factual entertainment BBC television programme for children. It was broadcast initially on BBC Two and later the CBBC Channel. The programme was transmitted live from studio TC2 at BBC Television Centre. Towards the end of the show, it was recorded the day before broadcasting. The first era of the programme came in 1998 when it was designed as a programme shown on BBC Two in the summer holidays. This format was repeated annually until the launch of the CBBC Channel in 2002. As a result, 1,040 episodes over two years were initially ordered. At that time, it was the BBC's biggest ever single in-house commission. On the CBBC Channel, it was a continuous, daily, hour-long format broadcast from 7:30am. Although, by the time the programme ended in March 2006, it was being broadcast twice daily in thirty minute durations. The show featured a website where users can sign-up to collect points, and also could gain points for being a caller on the show. People who obtained 1000 points could enter a draw to appear on the show and be a "Gold X-IDer" in the studio. In a later series, the 1000 points could also be traded in to have a presenter host a part of the show from an X-IDer's house for a week.

Hollyoaks: The Morning After the Night Before was a British Internet Serial-Drama, which began airing on 6 July 2009. A spin-off from the established Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, it was set in the city of Manchester a metropolitan borough of Greater Manchester. The series followed three established Hollyoaks characters: Josh Ashworth, Sasha Valentine and Gilly Roach as well as new characters: Dave Colburn, Ruby, Gabby and Pippa. One of the new characters Dave was also introduced to Hollyoaks main show. Hollyoaks: The Morning After the Night Before originally aired as part of a government scheme. It was devised in a bid to tackle the problem of binge drinking with young people. The series was the idea of the Home Office and produced by series producer of Hollyoaks Lucy Allan, in order to tell the important message of binge drinking and the dangers of it. All episodes of the show are available for free on the UK iTunes Store.

Premier League All Stars was a televised charity football tournament, which was broadcast live on Sky1 on consecutive nights between 23 September and 30 September 2007. The innovative format features football teams representing all 20 Premier League clubs, each playing to win a share of the £300,000 prize money for distribution among their chosen charities. All matches were played in front of a live audience at Premier League All Star Arena which was built inside the David Beckham Academy in Greenwich, London.

Caribbean Cops is an 8 part documentary created for Virgin 1. The series was shot on location in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and St Lucia, and was designed to capture the drama behind policing these holiday destinations and keeping the islands safe. Throughout the series, cameras followed each of the islands' local police forces in their battles against international drug smuggling, gun crime and homicide, as well as other crimes directly linked with the tourist trade.
