30 Germans have taken up permanent residence at Villa Germania in Pattaya, Thailand. In the 11-storey residential complex, apartments are sold and rented exclusively to German-speaking expats. The eight-part docu-soap introduces two of the very different residents: Horst and Ingo lead a life here, often together with their wives, somewhere between structure and madness. Horst has been managing the residential complex for several years and rents out apartments to pensioners, long-term vacationers and dropouts. But he also immerses himself in Pattaya's notorious nightlife with his best buddy Ingo - and the camera is always there.

The judges are: Albanian singer from Macedonia Altuna Sejdiu, Albanian singer Soni Malaj, Albanian superstar Alban Skënderaj and the famous composer Pandi Laço. The show is hosted by Alketa Vejsiu. After losing the rights of The X Factor, Top Channel acquired the rights of the not so famous Talent show, The Voice.
