The series revolves around the adventures of Renart (voiced by Jean-Pierre Denys), a young and mischievous fox who has just moved to Paris from the countryside, accompanied by his pet monkey Marmouset. He moves to the city to get a job and visit his grumpy and stingy uncle, Isengrim, who is a deluxe car salesman, and his reasonable yet dreamy she-wolf aunt, Hirsent. Reynard meets Hermeline, a young and charming motorbike-riding vixen journalist. He immediately falls in love with her and tries to win her heart during several of the episodes. As Reynard establishes himself into Paris, he creates a small company at his name where he offers to do any job for anyone, from impersonating female maids to opera singers.

From 1892 to 1924, nearly 16 million emigrants from Europe passed through Ellis Island, a small block of land where a transit center was built, near the New York Statue of Liberty. "Ellis Island Tales, Stories of Wandering and Hope" - the book is composed of three major parts. Georges Perec and Robert Bober visited Ellis Island and with the help of texts and documents, restored what everyday life was about what some called "the island of tears".

H.I.P. H.O.P. was France's very first television show to be dedicated to the hip hop culture. It was broadcast each Sunday afternoon on the French national channel TF1 in 1984, for 43 weeks. The host was Sidney along with the Paris City Breakers. They had guests such as Sugarhill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Futura 2000, Afrika Bambaataa and The Rock Steady Crew. However, Michael Holman, host of Graffiti Rock, claims to be the very first person to broadcast a nationwide, Hip Hop TV Show called Graffiti Rock. However, years before, in 1982, Holman aired on New York Cable TV two much earlier shows that were dedicated to Hip Hop Culture called "On Beat" and "TV New York." Both these shows beat both H.I.P. H.O.P. and Graffiti Rock by at least two years and featured Hip Hop artists such as: Fab 5 Freddy, DJ High Priest, The New York City Breakers, Phase II, Futura, DJ Jazzy Joyce, K-Rob & Tim Single.
