The Philippine version of 1 vs. 100 was first aired on ABS-CBN on August 25, 2007. It is hosted by veteran Filipino quiz host Edu Manzano, from Pilipinas, Game KNB?, and Weakest Link. A single player goes up against 100 other contestants. The One gains money for each mob member eliminated, but if the One answers incorrectly at any point of the game, the game ends and he or she leaves with nothing. The grand prize of the show is ₱2,000,000. The program is the fourth franchise the network acquired from its creator Endemol and it is also the most expensive, due to the studio's sheer size to accommodate the Mob. The first season ended on April 19, 2008. Its run was supposed to have ended a long time ago, as the program revealed, but it was extended twice due to popular demand.

Chaos at the Chateau was a television program that ran from March to May 2007 on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. The show follows the lives of Ann and David Darrell, originally from Essex, who decided to renovate an old chateau in Slovakia and turn it into a luxury boutique hotel. As well as looking at the problems the couple faced in finding, renovating and running the hotel, it also deals with their relationship. Chaos at the Chateau is a prime-time continuation of the series A Place in Slovakia, which followed the couple's attempts to find a suitable chateau. The show has been described as a "real life Fawlty Towers", with incompetent hoteliers – a vulgar bossy wife and tetchy henpecked husband – aided and abetted in their comedy escapades by clueless staff. Controversy surrounded David Darrell when it was revealed, following the transmission of the programme, that he was being pursued for £950,000 for alleged fraudulent practices that occurred during his time as an Insolvency Practitioner. He was removed from the Register of Insolvency Practitioners in 2003 because of concerns regarding work that he had invoiced for, but allegedly not carried out. In March 2008, the Darrells put their Slovak chateau on the market for €3,000,000.

Totally Jodie Marsh: Who'll Take Her Up the Aisle? was a British reality television show, which saw glamour model Jodie Marsh audition a potential husband in London, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Birmingham, Cardiff and Bournemouth. The nine-part series, part of MTV's Totally strand, began on Sunday 22 July 2007 and culminated with Jodie marrying her 'Mr Right' on MTV One in September. During an interview for Star Magazine, Jodie stated that as a businesswoman, she is doing this for the money as well as confiding that all her friends are getting married and having kids and she needs a husband. The auditions themselves were not successful, as they drew fewer people than expected. From the beginning of the series, ratings dropped rapidly, and as a result MTV One screened a double bill for episodes 4 and 5. Details of her marriage and venue were revealed before the show was halfway complete. Marsh married former-boyfriend-of-Katie Price's Matthew Peacock on 1 September 2007 at Sugar Hut, a nightclub in Essex. Another wedding ceremony was shown on MTV One on 2 September 2007 in her mum's back garden on Sunday.

Living Lahaina premiered on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 10:30 p.m. on MTV and was scheduled to run for eight episodes. However, only 3 episodes were shown on MTV. We Got to Do Better, originally titled Hot Ghetto Mess, is an American television series on Black Entertainment Television. The show is based on the cult website hotghettomess.com, which satirizes aspects of the African-American working class. Jam Donaldson, creator of the website and lawyer, is the show's executive producer. Charlie Murphy, known for his role on Chappelle's Show, is the show's host. The show's content has been described as "combin[ing] viewer-submitted home videos and BET-produced man-on-the-street interviews that the channel said are intended to challenge and inspire 'viewers to improve themselves and their communities.'" Although Donaldson has said of Hotghettomess.com that "My mission with this site is to usher in a new era of self-examination", the site has been described as merely an expansive gallery of the worst of hip hop culture. However, BET programming director Reginald Hudlin insisted that the show was not a direct translation of the website, and the show was billed by BET as a tongue-in-cheek social examination of black culture. The show has experienced controversy due to its negative portrayals of African Americans, causing a name change. Despite the name change, it was reported that at least two sponsors withdrew from the show as a result of the surrounding controversy.

Fast Cars & Superstars: Gillette Young Guns Celebrity Race was an ABC reality television series featuring twelve celebrities in a stock car auto racing competition. Directed by Michael John Warren, the branded series was a coproduction between television commercial production company @radical.media, television producer Michael Davies, advertising agency BBDO and Gillette. The series debuted on June 7, 2007 and aired on the same night as a game in the 2007 NBA Finals. It aired at 8 p.m. Eastern time, 7 p.m. Central time, and postgame in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. The June 24 finale aired at 8 ET/PT and 7 CT/MT as the finals had ended by this time, with the San Antonio Spurs being crowned champions. The event was taped at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, using cars provided by the Jeff Gordon racing school. Kenny Mayne and Brad Daugherty were the hosts. Corey LaCosta from the racing school was the celebrities' driving instructor and head official for the competition. In an interesting sidelight, the promos that aired in the Mountain and Pacific zones mention the show aired after the "basketball finals," not giving the NBA's name or initials. This was because, despite the exclusive rights to air the finals, ABC could not mention the NBA in connection to this show's leadout. A possible reason was that Gillette is the title sponsor of this series; it is a competing product to Schick, a NBA sponsor at that time.
