Whoops Apocalypse is a six-part 1982 British sitcom by Andrew Marshall and David Renwick, made by London Weekend Television for ITV. Marshall and Renwick later reworked the concept as a 1986 film of the same name from ITC Entertainment, with almost completely different characters and plot, although one or two of the original actors returned in different roles. As the Apocalypse nears, US President Johnny Cyclops tries to run a reelection campaign whilst also dealing with the Russians, a deposed Shah needing to be hidden, and a new weapon called a 'quark' bomb.

Ōkiku naru Ko (大きくなる子 Children growing up) was an educational Japanese show, produced by Studio Nova, that aired on NHK through April 7th, 1959, to March 18th, 1988. It was created for 1st and 2nd-year primary school students in Japan, teaching them lessons like morals and how to act at school. The show is more notable for the Monkey Puppet meme portrayed by the main protagonist Pedro.[1] In the 1980s and 1990s, the series was also aired in Latin America under the name "Niños en crecimiento". This was the penultimate season of the show, airing from April 13th, 1984, to April 4th, 1986, in Japan.[2]

Secret Valley was a fictitious children's holiday camp in Bildarra which had been transformed from a run down ghost town into a resort. The children who worked and visited the camp often found themselves in battle against a gang of "bad" kids - Spider McGlurk and his gang from "Spider Cave". Honeybee Hutch (みなしごハッチ, Minashigo Hatchi, lit. Hutch the Orphan) is a 1989 remake of the 1971 classic anime series The Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee.
