We Mean Business was an American reality television series that aired on the A&E cable network starting in September 6, 2008. The program featured three regular experts: "Business Expert" Bill Rancic, a former contestant on The Apprentice; "Tech Expert" Katie Linendoll; and "Design Expert" Peter Gurski. In each episode, the three experts helped a struggling small business owner turn his or her business around by improving business practices and enhancing the marketing of the business. Notably, the program was sponsored by Dell, which provided all of the new technical equipment given to the businesses.

Natee has always dreamt of becoming a cop like his hero Gawin. Tisha secretly loves Gawin but won't express her feelings because she knows that he already has a girlfriend named Duang Jai, a ballet teacher. Gawin also sees Tisha as a brother because she is fearless, bold and she is acting like a guy.

Amwika is on a mission to seek revenge on Sakan, assuming that he caused her sister's death. She would do whatever it takes to hurt the one that took Apsorn's life and caused sadness to her beloved family. Sakarn, the innocent victim, is willing to accept the accusation because he longed to be around Amwika and allow her to release all her anger upon him. Sakan feels Amwika's pain and is there to care for her through all her troubles despite understanding her true intentions.

Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory is a United Kingdom television documentary series broadcast on Channel 4 in March 2008. Filmed in "fly-on-the-wall" style, it shows the efforts of Willie Harcourt-Cooze to establish a brand of 100% cacao chocolate in the UK. The series centres around "Willie" Harcourt-Cooze, assisted by his wife Tania Harcourt-Cooze née Coleridge, who aims to grow high quality cacao beans on his farm in Venezuela, and then process them in the UK into luxury chocolate products. A follow-up series, Willie's Chocolate Revolution: Raising the Bar, aired on Channel 4 over three consecutive nights, 7–9 April 2009. This followed Willie's attempt to introduce a high-cacao chocolate bar, "Delectable", in the British market.

Tropic of Capricorn is a BBC television documentary series. It was aired on BBC Two in 2008 and showed presenter Simon Reeve travelling along the Tropic of Capricorn.

Untamed & Uncut is an American documentary television series that premiered on June 10, 2008 on Animal Planet. The program depicts unexpected and surprising animal encounters that are caught directly on tape at the scene. Each different video usually has something to do with an animal attack on a human, either intentionally or unintentionally, animals fighting each other, animals causing havoc within a community, or animal rescues in which the animal is in grave danger or has been severely wounded. Most of the time, no one is killed, although a few deaths and many minor and severe injuries have occurred. Due to the disturbing content, Untamed & Uncut holds a TV-14 rating. A sneak peek originally appeared on June 10, 2008 - the show officially debuted on October 12, 2008 with the special "Vacation Nightmares". Larry the Lawnmower is an Australian pre-schoolers program that airs on Seven Network in Australia, created by Tim Faircloth and is produced by Ambience Entertainment The series follows Larry the Lawnmower and his four friends Wheelie the Wheelbarrow, Rosie the Rake, Tangles the Hose and Flash the Spade and their adventures in the backyard. The program is narrated and all the characters are voiced by Jay Laga'aia. The program premiered on 9 December 2008 at 11:00am. A second series began on 16 February 2009. On 21 May 2009 it was announced due to popular demand the series would be repeated.

Sleek Geeks is an Australian science television series, hosted by Dr Karl Kruszelnicki and Adam Spencer. The fourteen-part series aired from 3 January 2008, and was based on Kruszelnicki and Spencer's Sleek Geek Week travelling roadshow, as well as Kruszelnicki's Great Moments in Science broadcasts on Triple J radio. The show was co-hosted by fellow "geeks" Yumi Stynes, Ruben Meerman and Dr Stephen Bosi. The program aimed to demonstrate scientific principles and debunk common myths and fallacies, although Kruszelnicki and Spencer were disparaging of similar programs such as Discovery Channel's MythBusters and Sky One's Brainiac: Science Abuse. Sleek Geeks was one of the first batch of television programs offered for sale in Australia on the iTunes Store. Sleek Geeks Season 2 aired from 11 November until 30 December 2010, on ABC1 on a Thursday night at 8.00 pm.
