Deserving Design

Deserving Design is a half-hour show on the Home and Garden TV network, starring Vern Yip. In each episode an inspirational family or individual is visited by Yip, who show him two different rooms they would like to have redesigned. Yip will pick one of the rooms to do and have the person or family aid in its design. However, Yip always surprises them by secretly redoing the other room, usually while covertly having them offer input into it, or by giving them some other special gift.

Bindi, the Jungle Girl

Bindi the Jungle Girl is an Australian children's television nature documentary series, presented by Bindi Irwin, the daughter of Steve and Terri Irwin. The series is produced and shot in Queensland by The Best Picture Show Company for Discovery Kids and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The first series was scheduled for 26 episodes, and ran from 9 June 2007 until 31 May 2008 on American networks Discovery Kids and simulcast on Animal Planet and on ABC1 in Australia from 18 July 2007. Also appearing on the show are Bindi's mother Terri, her younger brother Robert, and Steve Irwin's "best mate" and director of Australia Zoo, Wes Mannion. Bindi performs songs and dances with a group called the Crocmen, and answers questions from viewers in the "Bindi's Blog" segment. It was aired on Playtime Krumeater. Steve Irwin appeared in several episodes filmed prior to his death in 2006. The second series was produced after his death, but he appears in archive footage in a segment named "Croc Hunter Unplugged", and is generally spoken of transcendentally in the present tense.

Huo Yuan Jia

Huo En Di and Zhao Sheng Xian were once disciples in the same martial arts sect who were as close as brothers. However, that all changed after their dying shifu chose En Di as his successor with no witnesses except En Di present at his deathbed. Since then, the Huo and Zhao families have been at odds and periodically compete against each other in martial arts showdowns. Huo Yuan Jia, En Di's 4th son, was a sickly child. Therefore, his father never taught him martial arts and instead instructed him to pursue a scholarly path. This hurt Yuan Jia's pride and he secretly began learning martial arts from a mysterious master who had saved his life. One day during one of the usual feud-driven showdowns, En Di and Sheng Xian's eldest disciple brother makes a surprise appearance with revenge in mind, as he feels he should have been the rightful successor of their original sect. When it seems that no one can defeat him, Yuan Jia is forced to reveal the martial arts prowess he had kept hidden for years.

Soapstar Superchef

Soapstar Superchef was a cooking show on the ITV Network, where soap stars from Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Neighbours compete to be crowned "kings" or "queens" of the kitchen. Their culinary efforts are judged by an expert panel of three judges. Each judge gives a mark out of ten, and the teams are able to gain extra points by answering questions about a short clip from their rivals' soap. Each team cooks twice and their points from both episodes are added together and the two teams with the highest totals will go head-to-head to win the show. The show was hosted by Richard Arnold, known as GMTV's TV critic, and Nicki Chapman, an English television presenter who also works in the British pop music industry. Mathew Bose and Hayley Tamaddon were crowned Soapstar Superchefs on Friday 13 April 2007.
