"Don't Read on Tuesdays" was a book-talk program previously aired by Taiwan Public Television (PTS). It primarily aired on Tuesday evenings and was hosted by Kevin Tsai, with each episode introducing a book and featuring guest discussions. The program was later renamed "Don't Read Today."

30 Seconds To Fame is an American television series that was shown on the Fox Network from July 17, 2002 to June 26, 2003, featuring a talent show where acts could only last up to 30 seconds each, regardless of any resolution to the act. The series was hosted by Craig Jackson. Many different talents were exhibited, such as contortionism, juggling, magic tricks, stand-up comedy, and beatboxing, in addition to singing and dancing acts. Much of the charm of the show was derived from the fact that each act lasted only 30 seconds, leading to a variety of different acts being displayed. The live audience acted as the judges. During the performances, if the audience found an act undesirable to watch, they booed and used electronic devices to put in a vote for elimination, complete with an on-screen "Eliminator" scale graphic. If enough people did so, the act was to be cut short, regardless of how much time was left on the clock. At the end of the show, every member of the audience voted for his or her favorite act, and the top three acts got a chance to do another 30-second performance. After this, a final round of voting occurred, and the winner earned a cash prize of US$25,000.

Nickelodeon Robot Wars is a game show that aired on Nickelodeon from August 25, 2002 to October 6, 2002. Hosted by Dave Aizer, the show was Nickelodeon's take on Robot Wars, the popular and long-running robot-fighting game show. Scaredy Camp is a reality show that aired on Nickelodeon, hosted by Emma Wilson. Season one ran from October 27, 2002 - November 3, 2002. Season two ran from August 2, 2003 - August 16, 2003. The show featured children competing against each other to find clues about urban legends that surround the summer camp that they are attending. Ten episodes were filmed in all, with repeats shown on Nick GAS, but currently episodes no longer air on the network, nor will they return due to the station's end on December 31, 2007. The show's first season was filmed at Camp Lindenmere in Henryville, Pennsylvania, during the summer of 2002. The camp, however, was referred to as "Camp Lindenwood" on the show, due to legal reasons. The show was created by Liz Sommers.
